The Grammy-nominated Nigerian musician Asake has revealed that he hopes to have children soon.
The musician, who was born in Lagos, recently stated on Flow With Korty that he considers starting a family on a daily basis.
“By God’s special grace, I want to have a family,” he declared.
“I consider it on a daily basis. I don’t go out often, but I would love to be married someday. But I’m confident that I’ll meet my wife; it’s in God’s hands.
More insight was provided by Asake, who stated that he believes significant life events and relationships are developing in accordance with divine timing.
“Everything in a man’s life has a purpose. Because they don’t comprehend, humans only hurry and try. Nobody can predict tomorrow given the current state of affairs,” he remarked.
“My mum is my babe,” he jokingly replied when asked about his current romantic life.
With his popular song “Lady,” Asake became well-known in 2020. In February 2022, he became a member of YBNL Nation.
Mr. Money With The Vibes (2022), Work of Art (2023), and Lungu Boy (2024) are his three studio albums.
Asake has received multiple nominations and honors for his work, making him one of the most prominent voices in the Nigerian music scene.
The Afrobeats phenomenon lost to fellow Nigerian musician Tems despite being nominated for this year’s Grammy Awards in the “Best African Music Performance” category.
The singer just announced that he has moved to Los Angeles, California.
