Eligibility Requirements for Aspiring Graduates:
To be considered for this exceptional programme, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) or Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in one of the following specialized fields: Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Statistics and Mathematics, Computer Science, Human Resources, or Psychology.
- Demonstrate academic excellence by achieving a minimum of a Second Class Upper Division or an equivalent Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) from a recognized and accredited university.
- Be a recent graduate from the Class of 2026, or anticipate completing your degree within the next six (6) months.
- Have successfully completed your National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) camp within the last three (3) months, or be scheduled to complete your NYSC camp in 2026 within the next six (6) months.
- Hold legal authorization to work in Nigeria.
- Exhibit a willingness and ability to relocate to and reside in Lagos, Nigeria, for the entire duration of the 24-month programme.
- Be available to commence the programme in February 2027.
- Commit to the full 24-month tenure of the Graduate Programme.
- Please note that successful completion of the Graduate Programme does not automatically guarantee an offer of permanent employment.
