I accepted Boko Haram’s offer to transport me to Sambisa to work as a teacher—Resident

A citizen of Borno State’s Chibok local government area has talked about his terrifying encounter with terrorists from Boko Haram.

Nigeria’s president, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, recently ordered the Nigerian Army, Nigerian Police Force, and other security organizations to use innovative tactics to reduce the nation’s growing level of insecurity.

But in an interview with Lucky Udu Experience, a Chibok community member who wished to remain anonymous described how he was kidnapped by Boko Haram terrorists and brought to their stronghold in Sambisa forest.

He disclosed that he was forced to comply with the militants’ request to accompany them to Sambisa and serve as a teacher for their kids.

“Boko Haram came to me; they said they will take me to Sambisa to be their teacher,” the video claims. I agreed, and I had nothing to say.
