Hellen Atti, who claims to be the mother of Cubana Chief Priest’s child in Kenya, has reignited their ongoing legal battle over child support. Her latest accusations, which have surfaced online in a widely circulated video, directly address the prominent Nigerian socialite and entrepreneur, also known as the “celebrity barman.” Atti’s renewed allegations appear to be strategically timed, coinciding with and referencing a recent controversy surrounding fellow socialite Peller, who was accused of spraying counterfeit dollar bills at an event.
In the video, Hellen Atti asserted that the financial assistance she had received from her supporters on the social media platform TikTok has been entirely depleted. She explained that this expenditure was necessitated by Cubana Chief Priest’s alleged legal action against her in Kenya. This lawsuit, according to Atti, forced her to secure legal representation to defend herself in court.
Atti further elaborated on her initial intentions for the donated funds. She had envisioned utilizing the money for a multitude of purposes, including establishing a business venture, providing for the needs of their alleged child, and managing her personal financial obligations. However, her plans were dramatically derailed, as the entirety of the funds were ultimately allocated to cover the mounting legal expenses.
Articulating her predicament, Hellen Atti stated, “The money I begged people for on TikTok, people were busy sending me money. I wanted to open a business, take care of your child and pay my bills, but you sued me. I used all my money to pay a lawyer. The case is still in court, but you ran away.” This statement vividly illustrates the financial strain and the disruption to her personal and financial stability caused by the legal proceedings.
Beyond the financial implications, Hellen Atti also leveled accusations of parental neglect against Cubana Chief Priest. She alleged that he has been neglecting their alleged child while simultaneously engaging in extravagant spending on others. This stark contrast in his financial priorities was then juxtaposed with the recent claims involving Peller’s traditional wedding. Atti pointedly questioned Cubana Chief Priest’s involvement in the Peller dollar controversy, suggesting he might have been the source of the alleged fake currency. She contrasted his alleged promise to give Peller $7,000 with his purported inability to provide even a modest sum of $100 for his own child.
Adding another layer to her grievances, Atti also revealed that she had endured personal insults from Cubana Chief Priest, targeting her, her family, and her elder son, before she decided to address him publicly. These latest remarks have predictably generated a spectrum of reactions across social media platforms, as the protracted dispute between Hellen Atti and Cubana Chief Priest continues to unfold publicly.
